Emilia Clarke as Daenerys Targaryen, one of the central figures of the novels. Although some thought her eyes look a bit purple here (as in the books), we’re guessing this is wishful thinking and a trick of the eyes due to the strong purple of the robe or cloak she seems to be wearing. Everything we have seen suggests that the production has eschewed the colored contacts that would be needed to get the purple Valyrian eyes across.
