House Toyne
General Information
The motto of the house is, “Fly High, Fly Far.” The only members of the house to be mentioned are the outlaw Simon Toyne who led the Kingswood Brotherhood in Aerys’s day and was killed by Ser Barristan Selmy, a Kingsguard of King Aegon IV’s day who was executed for sleeping with the king’s mistress, and the brothers Toyne who died for treason when they apparently attempted to kill Aegon to avenge their brother but were stopped at the cost of Aemon the Dragonknight’s life.
