When I was in Belfast, Bryan Cogman mentioned that they had built one of the dragon skulls, but George, Parris, and I couldn’t see it as it was in Malta at the time. But now I’ve gotten a look at it, and .... wow? That is humongous. Far, far larger than I imagined, in a sense, even though when you think of it, teeth as long as sword blades suggests a pretty big mouth.

Imagine, the Targaryens had 19 of these in their hall (though this, doubtless, is supposed to be the biggest of them: Balerion the Black Dread’s skull). It looks like it’s basically carved out of styrofoam by an amazing craftsperson. I know for a fact that they’ve painted it black (we’ve already seen dragon bone in a prior release from HBO…) and I can’t wait to see it in that form.
