The galley, Warrior’s Sword, returns to King’s Landing with most of the survivors of the Sun Pearl’s sinking.
The knights from King’s Landing have found the ladies in the village and the battle to save them from the bandits is underway.
While three of the noblewomen discuss the disappearance of Elyn and Marian they receive unwelcome visitors from the Kingswood.
Tempers begin to rise as the ladies try to decide what to do next and the ramblings of an old crone in the village do little to assure the ladies of their safety.
The few guards with them have been successful in finding a bit of food and water. The ladies spend the evening around a campfire, though some are worse off than others.
Morning comes to those lost along the Blackwater Bay and they do what they can to see to hurts and find a place where they might find some food, water, and perhaps some shelter.
The ladies enjoy a beautiful sunset aboard the Sun Pearl, but things change as night settles over them.
