Privacy on a MUSH is a bit of an oxymoron. There is no way to guarantee players that everything they say or do is not being logged. What we can say, however, is that the Admin will do all that they can to respect and guard players’ privacy. If an individual is caught attempting to spy on other players OOCly without the legitimate right to do so, they will be severely punished. We cannot guarantee safeguards to satisfy all individuals, however. If you are deeply concerned about your privacy, you probably should not be on the MUSH.
It should also be stressed that the Admin are able to log any and all commands executed on the game, and that all Staff with the Wizard or Royal flag can examine every object. This may, for example, be done for the safety of the game or to investigate other issues. Staff are not allowed to share any information gleaned from use of their powers with non-Staff, but players are still advised not to store sensitive information on their characters.
