Policy Logging

First off, please remember that any postings of role-playing logs on the web must be be accompanied by the required copyright notice (see INFO USER AGREEMENT COPYRIGHT). With that said, these are the rules regarding what can be logged on the game:

* Any and all public roleplay (e.g., roleplay taking place in what could be considered a public setting) is fair game for both logging and posting. If someone isn’t comfortable with being logged, it is up to them to make this known, although in public the other players do not need to honour such a request. No permission is required to post a log of public roleplay.

* Private roleplay (e.g., roleplay taking place in what could be considered a private setting) should not be logged against the wishes of those involved. However, it is up to the person who does not want to be logged to inform the other parties in the scene of this, and to do so prior to the beginning of their involvement in the scene. When it comes to posting, however, the person wishing to do the posting must ask and receive permission of the others involved before doing so.

* Other Logs: If you contact an Admin (see INFO ADMINISTRATION ADMIN) with some concern or other, your conversation may be logged and the information may be shared between the Admin. If you contact a Staff member (see INFO ADMINISTRATION STAFF), your conversation may be logged and the information passed onto the Admin, although not to other Staff members without Admin approval.
