Day 22: Ser Almer Connington renewed his rivalry with Lord Lyonel Tyrell on the tourney circuit, unhorsing him before the Tyrell family and later defeating him in the melee after Lyonel sought revenge. Almer went on to win the melee.
Day 26: At Princess Rhaena’s nameday tournament in King’s Landing, Almer Connington was knighted by the Stormbreaker and went on to defeat Ser Eddam Frey, Ser Ottam Meadows, Ser Orell Bar Emmon, and the mystery knight called the Sparrowhawk.
Day 28: The newly knighted Ser Daven Wyl ended his first raid into the Marches after stripping villages and holdfasts of coin and valuables, only to be driven from a richer prize by Stormlands knights. In the same violence, the Stormbreaker and his company came upon Dornish raiders attacking noblewomen traveling from Crow’s Nest to Stonehelm, saving some of the party though the reavers’ captain escaped.
Day 30: Demerei Morrigen, pregnant wife of the Stormbreaker, died after wounds from the Dornish attack brought on premature labor. Her son was stillborn, leaving Sarmion Baratheon widowed.
